Although we, at Coty's Treasures, cannot, with absolute 100% certainty, be sure as to the correct identification of the individual(s) shown in any given photograph, Coty's Treasures offers the recorded data contained on the photograph whether by photographer label, location, and/or any handwritten information on either side of the photograph which may yield clues as to the correct identification of the photo subject(s). However, Coty's Treasures assumes no liability as to any incorrect identification of any given item offered for sale.

In cases where there are two or more names written on the photograph with only one person shown in the photograph, we offer both names in its respective listing to give the potential buyer an opportunity to make up her or his own mind as to the correct identity of the individual shown in the photograph.

In no way does Coty's Treasures ever knowingly intend to mislead or misrepresent any given identification of any given photograph or artifact's previous owner(s), but rather, will openly admit any possibility of identification error or doubt as to the authenticity of the written identification of the individual shown.

Coty's Treasures also acknowledges that any handwritten identification on the back of any given photograph may be written by the photograph subject, a relative or acquaintance of the photograph subject, or by individual(s) not having any direct connection to the photograph subject. As with any item for sale, Coty's Treasures cautions all would-be purchasers with "buyer beware", and assumes the buyer is well aware of the possibility of misidentification of any given photograph she/he purchases from Coty's Treasures.

Furthermore, Coty's Treasures offers photographs, reprints, artifacts without intent of violating any copyright or trademark infringement held by another party, and will upon request by any such copyright holders of any item which Coty's Treasures offers, remove proven infringements which may be publicly listed on our website or affiliates.
